No dairy products are used to prepare this delicate and elegant dipping sauce. Dairy ingredients are replaced with soy-based cheese products to complement and enrich the taste of spinach and the pungency of artichoke and create a dipping sauce that is not only healthy, but also vegan.

  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan soy cheese
  • 2 cups artichokes, cooked or canned (without liquid)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup grated mozzarella soy cheese
